ORDERING
For online orders, we accept Visa and Mastercard (via PayPal). You do not require an account with Paypal in order to pay for your order. At the time your order is placed, your credit card will be billed for the total amount which includes the price(s) of the product(s), shipping charges and tax (where applicable).
If you prefer to send a cheque or money order, your purchase will be shipped immediately after you cheque or money order has been received and processed. PLEASE CONTACT US VIA E-MAIL BEFORE SENDING A CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER.
When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
Orders placed by Canadian customers are subject to 5% GST. There is no additional tax for orders placed and shipped to the USA.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. Actual delivery time will depend on where the order is being shipped.
Our products can be shipped worldwide, although for orders that are being shipped outside Canada and the US, please contact us by email and we will be happy to process your order, and give you a shipping rate.
SHIPPING RATES FOR CANADA AND USA
Regular rates for Retail Customers:
$0 - $15 rate is $4.95 CAD
$15 - $30 rate is $6.95 CAD
$30 - $60 rate is $8.95 CAD
$60 - $150 rate is $11.95 CAD
$150 - $300 rate is $14.95 CAD
$300 + rate is FREE
All parcels in Canada will be shipped via Canada Post with insurance and a tracking number. Parcels sent to the US are shipped Canada Post surface mail and usually arrive at their destination within 10 business days.
Peanut Free reuses shipping boxes to lessen our impact on the environment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Custom Engraved Bracelet Plaques are non-refundable unless an error has been made on our part, in that case we will issue a replacement plaque immediately. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, all returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase, unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
